Never in a hundred, no, a million years, would Changge think shielding another person with your own body was a good idea when there was literally ten different ways you can do this. Changge turns and they come face to face. This girl's eyes are so very blue, do very different from her own mother's green ones not just in colour but in the way they looked right at her instead of away.
For a split second, Changge is struck dumb, but in the time it took for her to breathe out, she was notching another arrow in one smooth movement.]
